Standard mixers include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, soda water, tonic water, water, orange juice, and cranberry juice. Other mixers, such as margarita mix, Bloody Mary mix, and ginger ale may be added by request.


The beverage prices include ice, beverage condiments such as limes, olives, cherries, etc., disposable napkins, stir sticks and cups.
Additional charges are a 18% operation charge and sales tax.
A WA State Alcohol Server certified bartender is $30.00 per hour and is hired for the length of the event plus travel, set up and clean up time. The bartender will keep careful track of consumption and notify you when the $400.00 prepaid amount is nearly reached. If planned for in advance, you may change to a cash bar; otherwise you will be invoiced for any beverages consumed over the $400.00 prepaid amount.

Client Provided Alcohol

The client must purchase their own liquor and banquet permit. Café Pacific can then open, mix (if needed) and serve the alcohol for the client. Three (3) hour minimum required. Bartender labor extra.


Mixed Drink, Beer & Wine Service

Beverage garnishes: lemons, limes, olives, cherries, etc. Mixers: tonic, seltzer water, vermouth and assorted sodas. A bar (if needed), ice, ice chests, disposable glassware, stir sticks and cocktail napkins
