Office Ordering Hours

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. In person complimentary consultations available by appointment. Evening and weekend consultations also available.

Minimum Order

$400.00 minimum order for delivery outside Auburn/Kent. $300.00 minimum order within Auburn/ Kent. Delivery charge additional. Carry out available for under minimum orders.

Delivery Charge

$15 within five (5) miles, $20 within ten (10) miles, $25 within fifteen (15) miles, $30 within twenty (20) miles. Call for delivery further than 20 miles from our north Auburn kitchen. 50% high volume traffic surcharge added if delivery is required during ‚Äėrush hours‚Äô. Rush hours are Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM.

Order Lead Time

Events in June, July, August, September and December please call as soon as possible. Weekend dates during those months typically reserve far in advance. Because we value your business we will make every effort to accommodate your event so please call.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment in full is due 48 hours prior to delivery/event. Corporate accounts available. Full service events require a signed contract and 1/3 of balance due for a deposit to secure date.

Cancellation Policy

Groups of 50 or less require five (5) working days prior to your event/delivery date. Groups of 50+ require fourteen (14) working days notice to cancel. Cancellation with less than the required notice to be invoiced and remitted in it’s entirety.

Gratuities

Gratuities are at the client’s discretion and can be added at your request. Café Pacific Catering’s staff works very hard to go above and beyond expectations. They sincerely appreciate a gratuity for outstanding service.

Service Staff

Server $28.00 per hour, Bartender $33.00 per hour, on-site Cook $38.00 per hour. Three (3) hour minimum. Chargeable hours include travel time to/from event, set-up time, length of event and clean-up time.

Operation Charge

Full service events are charged an 18% Operation Charge on the food, beverage and rentals. This industry standard charge, also referred to as a service charge, covers vehicle expenses, equipment wear & tear and partial kitchen labor. A delivery charge is not added to full service events since the cost is covered by the operation charge. Drop off catering orders (no service staff) are NOT charged an operation charge.

Liquor Services

Caf√© Pacific Catering is licensed by the State of Washington and insured privately for Beer, Wine and Spirits sales and service. Please see our ‚ÄúBeverage Services – Alcohol‚ÄĚ menu for more information. We can also quote to serve client‚Äôs alcohol.
