Bring the flavor — and the flair — with our traditional Spanish Paella.
Crafted with authentic Valencia rice, real saffron, and a generous mix of savory meats and vegetables, our paella is a feast for the senses. Naturally gluten-free and full of bold flavor, it’s a standout choice for weddings, parties, and special gatherings.

Choose the experience that suits your space: we can prepare paella live on-site for a memorable show and irresistible aroma, or deliver it hot and ready to serve in insulated Catering Crates.

Minimums apply: $1,000 for live on-site service, $400 for delivery, or pick-up available for smaller orders from our Auburn kitchen.

PAELLA PACKAGES

ALL menus include choice of green salad, fresh bread & butter, disposable plates, flatware, napkins and salt/pepper.

Seafood Lovers

Fresh seafoods such as white fish, calamari, shrimp, mussels and clams combined with our perfectly prepared Bomba rice with green and red peppers, onions, garlic, green beans, sweet peas and mild peppers. Add Crab Claws – mkt.

Northwest Paella

This version has all the wonderful traditional flavors, Bomba rice and vegetables along with loads of the Northwest’s fresh seafoods such as salmon, shrimp, Pen Cove Mussels and local clams. Finished with Washington apple wedges.

Surf and Turf Paella Style

Plenty of savory boneless chicken, succulent peeled and deveined shrimp, Bomba rice and all the great veggies noted above.

The Classic

Traditional elements of authentic paella recipes of Valencia, Spain, include boneless chicken, pork tenderloin and Bomba rice with all the vegetables noted above along with artichoke hearts. Garnished with lemon wedges.

Chicken and Chorizo

Paella with lots of boneless chicken meat, all the rice and vegetables above and authentic chorizo sausage equals DELICIOUS!

Veggie Chicken

You guessed it, nothing but savory chicken meat and lots of veggies, some of which from Café Pacific’s own organic garden.

The Vegetarian

Perfectly prepared Paella with fresh seasonal vegetables and plenty of mushrooms. Finished with Washington apple wedges.
