How Our Delivery Works

Packed up in Catering Crates

A warm meal can make all the difference during a long day. We deliver our hot food in Catering Crates, a solution we pioneered for ourselves. Instead of messing with flimsy aluminum and open flame, Catering Crates keeps food insulated while displaying food beautifully. They are reusable, recyclable, and make taking home any leftovers a breeze!

What’s Included

Every delivery includes disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, and serving utensils—everything you need to enjoy your meal with ease. If you don’t need them, just let us know and we’ll leave them out.

Timing

Your food will arrive hot and ready to serve about 15 minutes before your event begins. Our drivers are scheduled within a 45-minute window and typically arrive one hour before your start time to set up and ensure everything is in place.
